Love the style but the size isn't right? We'll send you the right one FOR FREE. One exchange per order.
Prefer to stay with Sorio? Your store credit is 10% more than the refund amount.
You're refunded to your original payment method once we've received and checked your item. Return costs deducted: €3.95 in France, €4.95 in the rest of Europe.

When does the 100-day period start?
From the date of your order on mysorio.com, not the delivery date.
Can I wear the swimwear before requesting a return?
No. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You can try it on, but not wear it swimming.
How do I start my return request?
Through our online returns portal. There, you can print your return label and find a drop-off point near you.
What if I'd rather have store credit than a refund?
No problem, and you'll get 10% more than the amount you would be refunded.
Which countries can I return an item from?
France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
When will I get my refund?
Once the item has been received and inspected. You'll receive an email confirming receipt, then the approval or rejection of your request.
