Shipping policy

SORIO delivery policy:

Orders placed before 12 noon are shipped the same day, and those placed after 12 noon are shipped the next morning, once your payment has been validated.
We do not ship packages on weekends or public holidays.

Customers can choose their delivery option when placing their order.

We deliver throughout Europe.
The following are indicative shipping costs and delivery times depending on the delivery method and destination chosen:

Order preparation time: maximum 1 working day.

Delivery to a Relais Pickup - Chronopost 2shop (3 to 5 days): €3.50 - Free for purchases over €50
Standard home delivery (2 to 4 days): €4.95 (via Colissimo)

Next-day delivery if order placed before noon (24 hours): €7.90 (Chrono 18 - Chronopost)

Reunion Island:

DOM TOM delivery (5 to 8 business days): €4.95 - Free for purchases over €50

Europe:

Standard International home delivery (4 to 7 working days): €4 - Free for purchases over €50

Switzerland:

Standard International home delivery (5 to 8 working days): CHF 5.5 - Free for purchases over CHF 100

Overseas territories (excluding Reunion Island):

Standard International home delivery (5 to 8 working days): €5.50 - Free for purchases over €100

United Kingdom:

Standard International home delivery (4 to 7 working days): £5 GBP - Free for purchases over £50 GBP

United States:

Standard International Home Delivery (5 to 9 business days): $6 USD - Free for purchases over $100 USD

Australia:

Standard International Home Delivery (4 to 7 business days): AUD $9 - Free for purchases over AUD $150

Shipping your package

The actual shipping costs are those indicated on the website www.mysorio.com on the day the buyer makes their purchase. The amount is also indicated when the purchase is confirmed.

Packages are generally shipped within 1 business day after receipt of payment. They are shipped with a tracking number. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as transport costs. We strongly advise the buyer to check that the address they provide us with is correct and complete. In the event of an error in the address provided by the customer, no compensation will be possible.

The boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected. SORIO packages are sized to fit in a standard mailbox.

Logistics

We want to offer our customers the best possible delivery experience in the shortest possible time. We also work with the following transport partners: La Poste, Colissimo & Chronopost.

Delivery is effective as soon as the products are made available to the customer by the carrier.

No dispute relating to the delivery itself will be possible if the package appears to have been delivered, as evidenced by the carrier's computer system.
