No need for a trip to the bathroom or any complicated routine: to use it, you simply have to wear it.

How to use it:

  1. Put it on like your usual swimsuit

  2. Wear it and enjoy your day, it absorbs discreetly

  3. Slip it into a waterproof pouch after use

  4. Rinse it in cold water as soon as you get home

  5. Machine wash it (at 30°, without fabric softener)

  6. Let it air dry

  7. Wear it again as soon as it’s dry

⚠️ Like any menstrual protection, it is recommended not to wear it for more than 8 hours in a row to avoid any risk of infection.

Even though the absorbent area is designed with a hypoallergenic layer that is gentle on the skin and respectful of your intimate flora, prolonged wear can expose you to risks.

Can you wear a period swimwear on heavy-flow days?
