Sorio reusable period products are washed in three simple steps:
1. Rinse in cold water until no more blood comes out. If there are stains, you can use a mild soap.
2. Machine wash on a delicate cycle (max 30°C / 86°F).
3. Air dry if possible.
Tip:
Don't use a dryer, fabric softener, or bleach. They would reduce effectiveness and shorten the product's life.

Je fais du fitness plusieurs fois par semaine et j'avais peur du string menstruel mais finalement j'aime beaucoup la bande élastique à la taille, qui apporte un bon maintien sans trop serrer, validé !
Enfin un string menstruel qui ne se voit pas sous mes leggings ! Très confortable pour mes séances de danse, je suis conquise.
Rien à redire, il fait très bien l'affaire pour mes petites pertes. Confortable et facile à laver.
Discret, tissu agréable et PAS DE FUITE
Premier essai avec un string menstruel et plutôt convaincue ! La coupe est jolie, la matière respirante et je me sens à l'aise pendant mes entraînements. Je préfère quand même garder mes culottes menstruelles classiques pour les jours de flux abondant.
Première commande chez Sorio et bonne expérience avec ce string. Je l'ai testé pour mes cours de stretching et il est resté confortable tout au long de la séance. J'apprécie surtout qu'il ne soit pas trop épais et qu'il se fasse oublier sous les vêtements.
J'étais assez sceptique sur l'absorption d'un string menstruel, mais pour mes jours de flux léger, il me convient très bien. Je le trouve discret et agréable à porter, même pendant le sport.

How much can it absorb?
Our swimwear absorbs the equivalent of 3 to 4 tampons, depending on the absorption level you choose, and protects you for 8 hours.

Does it absorb water and balloon in the pool?
No. That's the key difference from regular period underwear.
The waterproof layer forms a barrier between blood and the water outside: flow stays inside, water stays out. The crotch doesn't balloon or get heavy, even after a long swim.
Can people tell it's period swimwear?
No. The absorption technology is built into the fabric and is only a few millimeters thick.
No diaper effect, no visible bulk: from the outside, it looks like any other swimwear.
How do I care for it?
Rinse it in cold water after each use until the water runs clear, then machine wash it at 30°C (86°F) max, in a laundry bag.
No dryer, no fabric softener, no iron: they would damage the absorption technology. Air dry. Everything is explained in our care guide.
How long does it last?
Several years with proper care. The fabrics are anti-chlorine and UV-protective to stand up to both the pool and the sun.
We recommend having at least two, so you can rotate them and let each one dry completely.
