In order to maintain high quality standards and fair, accessible pricing, we design our patterns/models in France and have outsourced our production to Asia, specifically southern China.
This is a market reality and also a conscious choice. We work with two factories that fully comply with all quality standards and our social and environmental requirements.
These factories are audited annually and visited by us every year.

All fabrics are carefully selected and certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 to guarantee impeccable finish and quality, and above all to ensure that they are safe for the body.

Finally, 95% of SORIO products are transported by rail to limit our carbon footprint. This is a significant logistical challenge, but for obvious reasons of cost and carbon impact, it is the sensible choice.

Step 3: Samples, first glimpses of the final product
Once the finishes have been defined, we produce samples to observe and adjust every aspect of the product. These prototypes allow us to visualize the jersey in all its forms before moving on to the next stage.
Step 4: Testing phase, validation through use
Each sample undergoes a series of rigorous tests to assess its strength, comfort, and absorbency. These tests ensure that the product meets our customers' expectations.
Step 5: Production, launch into manufacturing
Once the samples have been approved, we start mass production. Our teams ensure that each jersey is manufactured in accordance with the defined standards, with a constant focus on quality and durability.
