We could have made ordinary swimwear, but at Sorio, we love a challenge!
So we make swimwear designed especially for your period, for menstrual comfort in any situation.
Now, with Sorio, there's no need to skip a swim in the ocean or the pool when you have your period!

Which nonprofits do you support?
Sorio supports four nonprofits, for the ocean and for women.
As a swimwear maker, it's only natural: we support nonprofits fighting to preserve marine biodiversity, such as Coral Guardian and Wings of the Ocean.
We also support Keep a Breast Europe, for breast cancer prevention in young women, and UCRM, a nonprofit in the Occitanie region of France to which we donate period swimwear to fight period poverty.

Does period swimwear really work in the water during your period?
Yes, it works, you'll be surprised!
Our period swimwear is specially designed for use in the water, with no risk of leaks.
Its absorption capacity is equivalent to 3 tampons (or pads). Extra protection may be needed for a very heavy flow.
For light or medium flows, there's no risk of blood leaking into the water or down your legs. Sorio swimwear protects you for 8 hours.
Is there a risk the swimwear will absorb water?
No! Of course, we studied this carefully.
The third, waterproof layer creates a barrier between blood and the water outside: blood stays in the absorbent layer and the protection doesn't absorb water.
So there's no risk of the crotch area ballooning in the water.
What's the difference between a medium flow and a heavy flow?
It's simple: to know your flow, just count how many tampons or pads you need during your period.
Medium flow is equivalent to up to 3 tampons, and heavy flow 3 to 4 tampons.
Is period swimwear suitable for every flow?
Yes, you can use period swimwear whatever your flow.
However, we strongly recommend using extra protection for a very heavy flow.
Is period swimwear suitable for teens?
Absolutely! We designed it with all women and young women in mind.

What are the return conditions?
We accept returns within 100 days of your order date, as long as the period swimwear has not been used.
Trying it on to check the size is fine, provided you wear protective underwear. It's a matter of hygiene.
Your first size exchange is free (return label and reshipping included). Only one exchange is allowed per order.
For refunds, return shipping costs are deducted: €3.95 in France, €4.95 in the rest of Europe.
