Which period underwear should I choose based on my flow?

The sports period underwear No. 8 and the period boxer No. 12 are designed to absorb up to 3 tampons, perfect for light to moderate flows. The thong No. 2 is for a light flow, or 1 to 2 tampons.

After use:
1 - Rinse in cold water until the water runs clear
2 - Hand wash or machine wash at 30°, without fabric softener
3 - Air dry, no tumble dryer!
