Our Menstrual Bikini Bottoms for Women and Teens

Women's period swimwear is designed with a 4-layer absorption technology that captures and holds your menstrual flow while keeping you dry.

The absorption technology is made up of:

1. a hypoallergenic lining that respects your intimate flora
2. a honeycomb layer that lets blood through, but not water
3. an absorbent fabric made from natural bamboo fibers that absorbs and holds blood
4. a waterproof layer that keeps water out, plus an anti-chlorine and UV-protective treatment so your swimwear lasts longer

This technology guarantees a leak-free, worry-free day.

Choosing your period swimwear couldn't be easier:

1. Choose a style in your size
Each swimwear style has a size guide to help you make the right choice
2. Make sure the absorption capacity matches your menstrual flow
Not sure whether your flow is medium or heavy? We created a guide to help you figure it out

And if you want to find the style that flatters your figure most, read our article: "How to choose swimwear for your body shape"

Your turn!

Yes, absolutely.

Sorio period swimwear is designed to let you swim without a tampon, including during sports.

Thanks to its built-in absorption technology, period swimwear effectively absorbs your menstrual flow with no need for extra period products.

Our period swimwear moves with you, comfortably. Unlike tampons, which can feel uncomfortable inside when you move and carry a risk of leaks or swelling, there's no string slipping out of your swimwear and no risk of toxic shock syndrome.

You can swim, move, and enjoy your water activity with complete peace of mind.

And if you have a heavy menstrual flow, Sorio also offers period swimwear with extra absorption, so you can swim and play sports with peace of mind, no tampon needed.

At Sorio, there's no difference.

All our period swimwear is designed with the same absorption technology.

Whether you choose period swim bottoms or a one-piece period swimwear, you get the same absorption capacity.

If you have a heavy menstrual flow, we created a specific range of period swimwear designed for that need.

You'll find both bottoms and one-pieces there.

Yes, absolutely, as long as you choose period swimwear specially designed for heavy flow.

With its extra absorption capacity, it gives you suitable, reliable protection for 8 hours, with no risk of leaks.

"Regular" period swimwear can also be worn, but it will reach its absorption limit sooner. In that case, you'll need to change it more often, ideally every 4 hours, to stay fully protected and avoid any risk of leaks.

At Sorio, we design period swimwear for active women who want to keep swimming, even during their period.

For several years now, we've been developing period swimwear that combines support, comfort, and effectiveness, to meet the demands of movement and exertion in the water.

Our period swimwear is designed to:

1. provide excellent support, ideal for sports
2. effectively absorb menstrual flow without a tampon
3. stay discreet, even when you move
4. avoid any discomfort throughout the day

Our swimwear has already supported and won over thousands of women, and we keep improving our products every day to give you security, freedom, and peace of mind, in and out of the water.

Choosing Sorio means choosing reliable period swimwear, designed to keep up with you, not slow you down.

You can buy your period swimwear online or in stores.
